Özkar Construction Oman LLC, was established in 2008 to make use of our knowledge and experience in the Gulf countries and to contribute more to the country economy as well as to take part in infrastructure construction in the region, including construction to double the Bid Bid to Sur road, one of the main stretches of Oman’s road network which links the capital to the Country’s eastern regions.

Altieri’s family has played an important role in engineering in Italy since 1898, when engineer Vittorio Altieri founded Studio Altieri. Shwar International and Lagan have signed Memorandum of Understanding to establish an Omani company which will be named as “Lagan Shwar International LLC” with 50: 50 shareholdings, the formalities will be completed in the next 10 Days. This new company will first supply PMB to Oskar as start and then seek business with other road and airport construction companies. As of today, we are currently in discussions with various contractors who have shown the interest of our company to supply them with PMB due to the high quality, know-how and the efficiency of operation of the plant and production.
